Return Policy

We accept returns on products within 30 days of the shipment being delivered. If the wrong item is received, or an item is defective or damaged, we will issue a full refund. For this occasion, call us, use the Contact Us page, or email us at . We will ask you to provide us a copy of your invoice or packing slip, and a photo of the wrong or defective product. We will then gladly provide a refund or a replacement product.


For returning a product that was ordered and not damaged or defective, we charge a 20 percent restocking fee. The item in question must be in the original manufacture provided packaging, and the packaging must not be damaged. A refund will then be issued once the item is received and inspected by us. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the end user will not be accepted for a refund.
